Because every custom plush is handmade with care and can require significant time and materials, I accept a limited number of custom orders each month to ensure that every project receives the attention it deserves.

Please note that the listing price for this listing is NOT the total cost of the custom order. The price of this listing is simply to hold a Custom Order Slot for the month.

Limited Availability

Only 3 Custom Order Slots are available per month.

Once all available slots have been claimed, custom orders will temporarily close until the next month's slots become available.

Claiming a Custom Order Slot reserves your place in our custom order queue. Your project details, design, pricing, and timeline will be discussed and confirmed after your slot has been reserved.

Mandatory Deposit

A minimum deposit of 25% of the full custom order total is required to reserve and confirm your Custom Order Slot.

The final price of your custom order will depend on factors including, but not limited to:

• Size
• Complexity of the design
• Type and amount of materials required
• Number of colors
• Additional details or accessories
• Pattern development or modifications
• Any other special requests

Once your custom design has been discussed and the total price has been determined, the required deposit amount will be calculated.

Your Custom Order Slot is not considered fully confirmed until the required minimum 25% deposit has been paid.

The remaining balance of the order will be due according to the payment terms discussed and agreed upon for your custom project.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Claim Your Slot

Purchase this listing to request one of the available Custom Order Slots.

Because slots are limited to only three per month, availability is first come, first served.

2. Discuss Your Custom Plush

After claiming your slot, I will discuss your custom order idea with you and go over the details of your desired plush.

You may be asked to provide reference images, color preferences, size preferences, descriptions, or other information needed to accurately understand your request. Please be aware that many crocheted plush images online may be AI, and I cannot perfectly replicate those AI designs since they do not actually exist, but I will try my best if this case arises.

3. Receive Your Custom Quote

After reviewing the requested design, you will receive a quote for the full cost of your custom plush.

Please keep in mind that custom order pricing may vary depending on the complexity and materials required.

4. Pay the Required Deposit

A minimum 25% deposit of the final quoted price is mandatory to officially reserve and confirm your custom order.

Work on your custom plush may not begin until the required deposit has been received.

5. Creation Begins

Once your order details and deposit have been confirmed, your custom plush will be added to my creation schedule.

Custom orders require a minimum of two weeks to complete, although more complex designs may require additional time.

6. Final Payment & Shipping

Once your custom order has been completed, the remaining balance must be paid before your plush can be shipped.

After completion and final payment, your order will be shipped according to my current Shipping Policy.

Cancellation Policy for Custom Order Slots

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your Custom Order Slot, you must notify me within 3 days of claiming the slot. You will be refunded the Custom Order Slot listing price ($5.00).

After the 3-day cancellation period has passed, your Custom Order Slot will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel so we can confirm whether your request falls within the cancellation period.

Because Custom Order Slots are extremely limited and only 3 are available each month, reserving a slot prevents another customer from claiming that space in my schedule.

For this reason, I ask that customers only claim a slot if they are reasonably certain they would like to move forward with their custom order.

• A slot is not fully confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.
