~ SHIPPING INFO ~

For all custom orders, please allow 1-4 weeks for me to make each item. For ready-to-ship items, please allow me 1-3 days to get to the post office. During the shipping process, it should take 2-5 days for your order to be delivered, depending on the level of shipping you choose and pay for.

I currently charge for all shipping fees. I do not set my own shipping fees; all shipping fees and costs are set by the United States Postal Service (USPS), which is the shipping service I use for every order.

For every order, I use either bubble mailers or boxes, depending on the size of the item and amount of items in each order.


~ GENERAL INFO ~

All of my items are 100% handmade by me. I use the following materials of yarn in my work: Acrylic and polyester. I also use plastic safety eyes or sinker eyes in most of my items, which are not suitable for children 5 and under. If you are ordering an item for a child ages 0-5, please contact me via email so I can substitute safety/sinker eyes for a safe alternative.
